Billy is a native of South Carolina. He has been sketching since childhood. He began his career as an accomplished artist and Illustrator in 1990. He has been commissioned by many Corporate and Non Profit Organizations and has had the privilege of working with local celebrities drawing and painting Portraits and Caricatures. Billy is a former Caricature Artist for Universal Studios Orlando and currently at Disney World Orlando. In addition to drawing people from all parts of the World at Disney Billy travels statewide drawing people at upscale corporate events and wedding receptions. Billy will service surrounding counties and municipalities of listed service metro areas.
